“Fitness” is more than what your body looks like. It’s about how your body is working. Improving our level of fitness not only means going to the gym, running, and eating right, but it includes: 

  • Finding activities which make us happy
  • …and then keeping up with them <3
  • Reducing our anxiety and stress
  • Reaffirming time management skills (so we all have time to work-out & cook!) 
  • Accomplishing small goals each day (which add up to big ones!) 
  • Believing in the significance of your work

There are so many different components of fitness. Reflect on your progress in each category and which you have made the most improvement in. You’ll realize that you’ve made more progress than the scale can say.
